After a month, I finally know how to not feel sleepy in workplace,
especially started at 12.00 pm 'til 5 pm.
Since I helped my friend as her model for a dress, I started to diet and only had breakfast for a month.
I really could focus in work and being serious.
Yes, of course it was really hard in the beginning. I usually had lunch and not breakfast, so I started to feel hungry sometimes.
When my body began to customized with having breakfast, I was not feeling hungry in the afternoon and somehow I didn't feel like to having lunch 'til now.
Then one day,
My friends were urging me to have lunch with them.
So I did.
I only ate an apple for breakfast and brought chicken rice for lunch.
The result?
I was feeling really sleepy that day O.O
Fortunately...
I was not busy that day :)
So...
For you all,
who are workers and don't want to feeling sleepy in the afternoon,
Please don't have heavy lunch!
If you are hungry and want to have some snacks,
you may!
Just buy chocolates or some snacks :)
